To participate in the Conference, you should fill in the registration form and pay the Conference registration fee and the fee for the inclusion of your company's information into the Conference Proceedings Book & Catalogue of Participants.
€ 800 - per one participant, if paid before May 4, 2018
€ 900 - if paid after this date
Special rates are available for 3 or more delegates from the same company.
The Conference Catalogue:
€ 100 - the fee for the inclusion of your company's information into the Catalogue of participants and exhibitors in two languages (Russian and English). The Company is charged only once despite the number of participating representatives.

Attention!The registration fee does not include the hotel accommodation.
Full refund less 20% administration charge is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter / fax) 4 weeks prior to the event date. A 50% refund will be available for cancellations received from 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event date. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event date or in case of no-show without notification the Organizing Committee retains the right for non-refund as reimbursement of organizational expenses. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.
